Shipping policy for Jigzoos puzzles and plaques.

Shipping & Delivery

Postage within Australia is $12 for orders up to 500gms and $15 for all orders over 500gms.
Orders over $200 are shipped free of charge.

All orders to other countries will require a quote.
Please e-mail and I’ll advise a price.

All orders are sent with Australia Post and have a tracking number which can be tracked on the Australia Post website.

You’ll be sent an e-mail with the date of lodgement, tracking number and a link to the tracking site.

Within Australia, orders under 500gm can also be sent Express Post for the same price if required in a hurry.

Name puzzles are wrapped in clear cellophane and then bubble-wrapped for added safety.

Name plaques have a cardboard backing and are also wrapped in clear cellophane and then bubble-wrapped.

Any breakages or losses in transit (fortunately very rare) will naturally be re-made and re-sent at no cost.
