This page is to to clarify our policy on returns and refunds.
Returns
There is no need to return a product unless it is by mutual agreement.
In the case of an incorrect order, e.g. wrong spelling or colours, a return may be requested if the product can be re-sold but there is absolutely no obligation on the customer to do this.
Refunds
If a product is not received by the customer, or if it’s received damaged, faulty or incorrect, we will offer an immediate replacement at no cost, or a full refund if preferred.
